We started small. In 1994, two guys sat in an airplane and sketched out the ideas for an alarm-monitoring company on the back of a napkin. They wanted a place where innovation and integrity were the buzzwords. Someplace where employees were proud to work and alarm dealers could meet success head-on. Someplace that would make a difference and protect people from some of the dangers of the world.
